Vittsjö Nya FVOF

The card entitles to fishing with a maximum of 3 (three) rods.

The fishing license is valid for angling, hauling, jig, glinder, 20-hook longline and 10 fishing rods in Vittsjö New Fisheries Conservation Area water.

In the fisheries conservation area, our minimum dimensions for pikeperch are 45 cm, (Max 2 pikeperch / day) pike 40 cm and eel 65 cm. Fish below the minimum size must be carefully re-released.

All trout and carp should be re-released with the utmost care. Wet your hands first before catching the fish.

Fishing from beaches and jetties is prohibited during the months of June, July and August.

Own boat and engine may be used. Do not tread on the embankment, private plots of land and park so that traffic etc. is not obstructed. Do not block paths and loading ramps. In Gåsadammen & Gässlingen, fishing is prohibited.

A total ban on fishing with nets applies in the waters of the fisheries conservation area. The fishing license also does not give the right to fish with marten, russet or nets.

The fishing license does not mean the right to crayfishing.

The fishing license holder has the right to catch bait fish to a limited extent with small fishing nets and roach huts. The net may not exceed 10 m in length and the mesh size may not exceed 15 mm. The net / roach hut must be marked with the cardholder's name. Roach cottage is only allowed from 1 December - 31 March. Captured fish may only be used as bait for their own fishing in Vittsjö New Fisheries Conservation Area's waters.
