Within the area there are about 100 lakes and ponds with an area of approximately 1500 hectares.
At 20 of these lakes there are exposed wind shelters, bridges and toilets. There are also cabins for rent, most of which are directly connected to the fishing waters. For fishing in flowing water there are mainly five larger watercourses with a length of about 75 km. Additionally, a lot of smaller streams come with exciting mete.
In addition to fishing, the area offers rich opportunities for cultural and nature experiences. There are, among other things, five large nature reserves with a forest-like nature. If you are wondering all the Finnish-blowing names on the maps, they are derived from the Finnish colonization in the 17th century. The Finns are today a picturesque feature of the landscape image reminiscent of a bygone era.
