"Have been fishing in this water for about 30 years, use fly. As I see it, the fish has decreased in size and number - Strange with different rules within FVO along the Klar River. Something needs to be done, more checks on fishing licenses and people keeping regulations on the size of caught fish. Write in the rules that you are obliged to show fishing bag. Think many take too small fish. A wonderful place to just be. But the fishing happiness has steadily declined in recent years. Fishing in exactly the same place during these 30 years."
