ATTENTION! Currently, the tourist fishing license is only valid in Möckeln, Storbjörken and Ölen.
The fishing area where the tourist fishing license is valid includes the municipalities of Karlskoga and Degerfors.
There are boat moorings in the lakes.
At Storbjörken there are 4 fishing spots for wheelchairs.
On the hook you can catch perch, pike, zander, lake, salmon, char, whitefish, whitefish and many more species.

The following waters are included in the tourist fishing license:
Mökeln and Storbjörken/Ölen.
Only in company with a keeper / adult / person who holds a valid fishing license (on his quota)

Karlskoga and Degerfors municipalities cooperate on tourism and hospitality industry issues.
The Karlskoga Degerfors tourist fishing card is the result of a collaboration between Möckelns FVOF, Ölen-Storbjörkens FVOF and Svartå Fishing Area . In 2016, we jointly started the project "Karlskoga Degerfors - a fishing destination" with the support of Region Örebro County and the Agency for Growth. Part of the project was to make it easier for our fishing-interested visitors, who find it difficult to know which fishing license to buy and which rules apply in different lakes. The project also developed a web app, fiskekartan.karlskoga.nu, where all the lakes in Karlskoga and Degerfors can be found on a map with a description of which fishing licenses apply.
