FISHING RULES from 2019-01-01.

NOTE THAT FOM 2021-03-26 A FISHING BAN APPLIES FROM MARCH 1-JULY 15 WITHIN THE LINDÖ BIRD PROTECTION AREA.

1. All fishing licenses are valid for angling, pimp, drag and casting rod fishing with two casting rods or two drags or two anglers (split) or two ice fishing rods (if you want to fish with more than two anglers/ice fishing rods, a fishing license is required for each additional pair of anglers/ice fishing rods. Bait nets may be used.Only these tools may be used by card anglers.

2. The fishing license, together with an ID document, must always be carried when fishing.

3. The cardholder is always obliged to follow the current fishing regulations and also ensure that, if participation
   persons also hold a fishing license (fishing right) on the threatened waters. For children and young people up to 16 years of age, fishing is free according to the rules of the fishing license.

4. There is an obligation to stop at the request of a supervisor or fishing right owner.

5. Anyone who fishes without a valid fishing license is punished according to Swedish law.

6. In case of violation of these or other regulations regarding fishing in the lake, the fishing license will be revoked. A new fishing license can then only be obtained after examination by the board.
   In the event of a violation, a police report can be made.

7. Fishing with paravans is prohibited.

8. All zander over 70 cm must be re-released. A maximum of 3 walleyes per day may be kept.

9. Goose fishing at depths greater than 9 m is not permitted.

10. Goose fishing ban from March 15 or ice removal until June 15.

11. All pike over 80 cm must be released again.

12. Minimum size for trout is 50 cm. Reintroduction is recommended when the stock is under construction.

13. Fishing with gear other than those mentioned above, e.g. roach, roach hut, net, seine, long line, Russian and the like, is only permitted for fishing water owners (owners of property either with fishing water or with a share in fishing water).

14. In case of violation of other rules, a control fee of SEK 1,000 can be issued on the spot by the fisheries inspector.

FEES from 01/01/2019.

Annual passes cost SEK 500 and are valid for one year from purchase.

The card includes trolling and casting rods with two casting rods or two drags or two anglers (split) or two ice fishing rods as well as angling and pimpel.

Ten-day passes cost SEK 300 and are valid for 10 consecutive days from purchase.

The card includes trolling and casting rods with two casting rods or two drags or two anglers (split) or two ice fishing rods as well as angling and pimpel.

Day pass costs SEK 60 and is valid for 1 day from purchase.

The card includes trolling and casting rods with two casting rods or two drags or two anglers (split) or two ice fishing rods as well as angling and pimpel.

FISHING COMPETITIONS.

Fishing competitions organized by established associations in angling or pimpel must be reported to Ås-Tolkens FVOF well in advance of the start of the competition. Cost per participant is ½ day pass (previously SEK 30). Please note that the minimum fee is SEK 300. An association is considered established when board minutes can be shown.

WATER OWNER.

Fishing rights holders are awarded 2 fishing rights cards per property with fishing rights. Fishing license cards must be carried when fishing and, together with identification, can be presented at inspections. Fishing rights cards are attached to and accompany the property.
