General rules:

To protect Hummeln's fine stock of coarse pike and the newly implanted pikeperch, the following rules apply to sport fishing in Hummeln:

-Fishing in Hummeln is only conducted as sport fishing for short loosers, where only hand gear is allowed.
-No fixed tools are allowed
-When trolling, only two tools may be used by each card solver.
-Pike over 1 meter must unconditionally be re-released.
- Pikeperch below 60 cm must unconditionally be re-released.
Crayfish fishing is not included in the fishing license.
-Young people under 15 fish for free.
-Do not fish more fish than you use. Fishing for financial gain (sales) is strictly prohibited.
-Respect the fisheries inspectors appointed by the county administrative board.
-In other respects, the Fisheries Act applies.

-Fishing right holders have a permit to fish with nets and crayfish cages according to special regulations.

- The fisheries conservation area applies an inspection fee (section 31-39 in LOFO) in the event of a violation of applicable rules.
