I have read and accept the fishing rules below. This is a binding agreement between you and Nykroppa-Storfors FVF (872400-4810) implementing a Control Fee. In case of infringements of these rules / statutes of Nykroppa-Storfors FVF, they charge what is called a 'Control Fee' (Kontrollavgift in Swedish), which is regularized under the Act (1981: 533) of the Swedish fishery conservation law. Please note, For ILLEGAL fishing, police and prosecutors will be involved.

Rules and regulations & Terms & Conditions

Fishing rules for Västra Skärjen:

Fishing is allowed only with a valid date fishing card or an annual card
Maximum 3 fish (rainbow fish) per card and person
Pike, perch and whitefish are free
Only one fishing gear per card
Only the association's boats may be used
Aids for propelling a rented boat e.g. electric motor must not be used
Do not throw cigarette butts or other debris into the lake or on the ground
A fishing zone has been established (See map, Yellow Zone) where fishing is allowed a maximum of 2 times per week / person to give more fishermen the opportunity to use the popular area This applies to open water (Strandmete)
Camping in tents, caravans, motorhomes max 72 hours (3 days in a row)
In case of violation of the rules, the fishing license can be confiscated.
