GENERAL RULES
Applies to all waters unless otherwise stated.

The fishing license is personal and must be taken with all forms of fishing.

Young people up to and including the year they turn 16 fish for free, even without a guardian.

In all waters, fishing may only be conducted with "hand gear"
(Clarification; It is therefore not permitted to fish with e.g. nets or lures within the Arbrå FVF)

Fishing with anglers allowed, max 15/person.

Catch limit in all waters of a total of 3 fish per day and person, refers to Trout, Trout, Rainbow and Pikeperch.

Prohibited from marketing fish caught within Arbrå-Undersvik's fisheries management area. Exceptions for bait fish.

It is forbidden to move bait fish from Lake Flästasjön. This means that bait fish caught in Flästasjön may only be used in Flästasjön).

Fishing ban in flowing water between September 1 and December 31, does not apply in Ljusnan.

Anyone who fishes within the Arbrå FVF is responsible for finding out and following the applicable fishing rules.

Pay attention to local regulations that are signposted at each water.
(Clarification; This can also be done on the website or via social media).

All fishing is done at your own risk.

Dispensation from current fishing regulations can be applied for at the board.

PUT AND TAKE
Lillsjön and Stugsjön.

Minimum size trout 35cm and char 25cm.

Fishing may take place with a maximum of 2 rods/person.

Fishing equipment must never be left in the water unattended.
(Clarification; it is therefore NOT permitted to fish while you are sitting in the caravan yourself. It is also NOT permitted to occupy a dock/fishing spot when you are not fishing)

Prohibited to fish from boats or other floating devices.

Float fishing may only be done with a fly rod.

Fishing ban in Stugsjön from 1/10 until the winter premiere, as well as from ice break-up until the summer premiere.

Fishing ban in Lillsjön from 1/11 until the winter premiere, as well as from ice break-up until the summer premiere.

From the Premiere and the entire following week, fishing is only permitted with a "Day pass incl. P&T”

ARBRÅLAKES
Please note that from 2019 there are different rules within Arbrå-Undersvik's FVO.
The stated rules apply within Arbrå FVF's area. For other areas, different rules apply

Maximum size pikeperch 70cm (all pikeperch over 70cm must be unconditionally re-released)

Minimum size of trout caught in Orsjön/Kyrksjön 50 cm (all trout under 50 cm must be released unconditionally)

Trout fishing ban from 16/9-24/12 in flowing water (tributaries) and 200m out in Ljusnan from the mouth of the tributary.

Trolling fishing allowed with a maximum of 6 rods

GALVAN
From the outlet of Galvsjön to the inlet of the ridge dam,
joint route with Bollnäs FVF.

Fishing may only be done with fly or spinner.

Fishing may only take place during the period 1 June - 31 August

Catch limit 1 fish/day per person.

Minimum size, trout 35cm, grayling 30cm.

For fishing, a fishing license is required in Arbrå FVF or Bollnäs FVF.

CRAB FISHING (new rules from 28 July 2023)
In all waters within Arbrå FVF

- Total ban on fishing for crayfish within the Arbrå FVF (applies to both river crayfish and signal crayfish).
