Determined at the association's annual general meeting. In applicable parts, the Fisheries Act applies.

1. In order to fish within the Sunnansjö fishing management area, the fisher must hold a valid fishing license or fishing license. Fishing license and fishing license must be carried when fishing and must be shown at the request of the police or fishing inspector. Fishing may be conducted in all waters within the Sunnansjö fisheries management area except for Hamptjärn where a special fishing license applies.
2. Fishing rights certificates can only be redeemed by fishing right owners included in the fishing rights list for the fisheries management area and who intend to fish within the area.
3. The public may fish after obtaining a fishing license. City cards may be redeemed by anyone who lives within the fisheries management area.
4. Fishing license and fishing license also apply to accompanying children up to 15 years of age.
5. Fishing rights certificates and fishing licenses must be carried during all fishing and must bear the holder's name in permanent writing in order to be valid.
6. Fishing for sale is prohibited.
7. Fish or crustaceans used as bait must be caught within Sunnansjö fvof to prevent the spread of fish diseases.
8. In order to carry out crayfish fishing, the fisherman must, in addition to a fixed fishing license or local card, also have a fixed crayfish card.
9. Crayfish fishing may only take place at times decided by the board of the fishery management association.
10. Crayfish fishing may be conducted with a maximum of ten (10) nets or cages.
11. Minimum size for crayfish is ten (10) centimeters.
12. All those who have the right to redeem local cards or fishing rights certificates within Sunnansjö FVOF may conduct fishing with nets, mjärd, Russian, angling and hand gear (except Hamptjärn). Number of tackle: Hand gear 2, Angeldorn 15, Trolling/tow line 8 rods, Floating hook 10, Mort hut 2, Net 3 and Russian 2.
13. Nets and other outside fishing gear must be marked with name and address or telephone number. Outside fishing gear must be whitewashed at least once a day.
14. Valid only in Hemptjärn. Max 3 fish per card and day and max 1 rod per card.
15. Control fee. For violations of the fishing rules set by the association, a control fee is charged in accordance with the Act (1981:533) on fishing conservation areas, §§ 31-38.

Inspection fees are charged as follows:

Offenses against fishing according to section 10-12, First offense SEK 200, Second offense SEK 400 and Third offense SEK 800

Offenses against fishing according to section 13-14, First offense SEK 400, Second offense SEK 800 and Third offense SEK 1,600
