General fishing license in Tännäs

- Children under 16 fish on their parent's fishing license

- Included in the fishing pass!

- Catch limit max. 4 fish per fisherman per day (Gray, Trout and Trout)

- Other species no catch limit, but we are happy to see you release the very largest and smallest fish, regardless of species . This is to get sustainable and good fishing!

- Minimum size (Minimum accepted size to take up a fish) is 30 cm for trout and char and 35 cm for grayling

- Fishing for Trout in flowing water and within a distance of 200 meters from its inlet and outlet is prohibited between September 1 - October 31

- During Harren's spawning season (April 20 - June 10), fishing is prohibited within a distance of 200 meters from the inflows and outflows at Övre Fjetsjön (#6 ), Östra and V:a Vattnan (#4 and #3) , Östra and V:a the perch coves (#9, #8) and Lilla Tandsjön (#37)

- In Lossen/Tännån, a fishing ban applies from the map line over Tännån below county road 311 (See the fishing map) to 200 meters downstream of national road 84, from August 1 until the ice-up

- Upper Mysklan upstream of the bridge and to the border at the fishing stream only fly fishing with a fly rod and a valid fly fishing license applies. The downstream bridge is included in the general fishing license

- Floating is permitted in the following waters: W. Vattnan, Ö Vattnan, Ö o W Perch coves, Lossen, Ö Vingarna, Övre Fretsjön, Frösjön, Ränningsvallssjön, Stortjärn, V. Vingarna and Styggtjärn

Fishing license

- Fishing license costs SEK 70/pc

- Only sold by Tännäs Fiskecentrum against confirmation of fishing rights

- You need to bring "Certificate" to the shop if you want to buy a fishing license

- Fishing right certificates can be bought by fishing right owners who are included in the fishing rights register

- Applies to calendar year

- Netting may only be carried out in the water(s) in which the fishing right owner has fishing rights

- Fishing right certificate applies to the fishing right owner and his household (ie other family members who want to redeem the card must be written at the same address as the fishing right owner)

- Cards are issued for each person except the estate, for estates a fishing right certificate is issued (Means that fishing can only be used by one estate at a time)

Annual card for Church registrants

- Applies to church registers in Tännäs-Funäsdalens Fo and Högvålen 7;1 who are not fishing right owners

- Children under 16 fish for free on their guardian's fishing card, as well as the youth card

- Family members who want to redeem annual passes must be registered at the same address as its parents (Household people)

Frösjön

- In Frösjön there is a fishing license that is only valid there

- The fishing pass or any other card is not valid in Frösjön

Trolling permit in Lossen

- To Troll in Lossen, a Trolling permit is required, which costs SEK 250/day

- The license covers one boat and its fisherman (ie one card per boat is enough)

- Unlimited number of rods

- Minimum size (Minimum accepted size to take up a fish) is 50cm for Trout

- Max 5 noble fish per boat and day

- Prohibited with trolling from 1/10 until freezing

- Prohibited to fish closer than 200 meters from Tännån's outlet

- Prisoner reporting is mandatory

Pool card in Tännån

- Catch limit , maximum 1 noble fish may be caught per fisherman per day.

- Maximum size 40cm for grayling and trout

- Pool fishing starts in the stream above pool 1 at Näckehån (2024)

- Pool 1: Pool 1 closed in 2024

- Pool 2 - 4: Only fly fishing with fly rod and barb free hooks. If you book one of these pools, you can also fish in the waters included in Tännäs fly fishing card
