The fishing license is personal and entitles to fishing with hand gear (spin, angling, fly, trawl) but not nets, crayfish fishing, etc. Note separate card for Hallarydsforsen, with other rules, only fly fishing, Catch and release, and protected fishing in lower Lillån Hallaryd and between the road bridge and the case. See map under buy fishing license. Hallarydsforsen is open April 1-September 30 and protected October 1-March 31

During fishing inspections, a competent fishing license must be presented to the inspector without further admonition.

Do not fish closer than 100 m from built-up beach plot, bathing area, fixed gear or up on bridges. Children / young people up to the age of 15 fish for free in the company of a parent on presentation of a leg. Trout under 30 cm are released, and are protected in October-March. Paint protected.
