Rules for fishing in Kolbäcksgropen. English text below

The card is valid between 05:00–23:00.
The fishing card is valid for one rod, three 3 fish per card. If you wish to use more rods or catch more fish, more cards must be solved before continuing fishing. If you want to fish for pike, you solve the same card, and can fish with one rod per card.

Children up to and including 10 years of age fish on the guardian's card, provided that they fish themselves, cast out and reel in themselves, any catch is counted on the guardian's card. When fishing in Kolbäcksgropen, only one fishing rod may be rigged (ready to use). You may therefore bring several rods down to the water, but only one may be rigged.

Prohibited to use corn, dough and powerbait balls made of silicone. Simple rules that everyone can understand. We hope everyone follows this, otherwise there will be a fee of SEK 2000.

When fishing in Kolbäcksgropen, only one fishing rod may be rigged (ready to use). You may therefore bring several rods down to the water, but only one may be rigged. We introduce this as we have noticed that you cannot stick to fishing with just one rod, and when fishing supervision is on the way, you quickly pick up extra rods and put them to the side. If you are caught having more than one fishing rod rigged at your fishing spot, you risk receiving an inspection fee of SEK 2,000.

Winter fishing: 1 pimpel rod intended for trout/trout per card, as well as a maximum of 6 anglers/pike rods for pike fishing. Remember ice spikes/ice spikes and possibly lifeline. Please keep extra clothes in the car.

All pikes over 90 centimeters must be released as gently as possible.

Fishing in community with consideration for each other:

"§25" - Fishing takes place in community but you have the right to 5m freely in either direction from the rod. Whoever is first in place has the right to the place. If several fish in the same area, casting takes place straight out of the fishing spot.
Wind shelters belong to everyone who has a fishing license.
The wind shelters are shared and we share them, no exclusive right even if you are the first there.
We ask groups that do not have a fishing license to respect that the wind protection is intended for those who have a fishing license or are staying at the lake with someone who has a fishing license.

Restocking of noble fish:
If someone wants to return fish, these are NOT counted from the quota of 3 fish. So 1 fishing license 1 rod 3 fish and all rainbow, trout and char) you get counted. Mashing is not allowed.
This is, among other things, to prevent extra fertilization of the lake, which also leads to increased oxygen consumption.
Float fishing and boats etc. are not allowed.

Piers:
The water has two jetties for the disabled. Everyone can use these, but if someone with a disability comes, you must leave/share the bridge with them.

Warnings:
On the west side of the lake there is a golf course, you fish there entirely at your own risk.
At the southern end of the lake there is a gravel passage, where it is forbidden to fish between the two posted signs.

Water shut off:

All fishing in the water may be canceled on certain days during the year. Then fishing licenses cannot be redeemed in the app.
The barbecue area by the container can be loaned to groups, associations and companies. See the notice board at the car park/website for current information.

Other fish species in the water:
Perch, pike, roach, roach, tench, birch and bream, which may be fished.
Protected fish species in the waters are grass carp and mountain carp.

The fishing license applies to a 1 rod and three 3 fish per card. If you wish to use more rods or take more fish, you need to buy an additional license. If you want to fish for pike, you can buy the same card, and you can fish with one rod per person. Keep in mind that when the children are fishing, they should keep an eye on their rod, sad if it were to bite and the rod goes into the water just because they did not have supervision. If you take a longer break, then take up the rod, to throw out when they want to fish again. We have experience that you take children, and put out more rods, and the children do something completely different. The intention is therefore not to teach children about fishing, but to have as many rods in them as possible. As it is a payment lake, you have many eyes on you, and we want to focus on giving your guests the best possible service, and not be someone who annoys people. With that said, children do not have to sit still, but stay at a distance where they can quickly reach for the rod..

Thus, from case to case, we will make an assessment when we see this.

"§25" - Fishing is in community but you are entitled to 5m freely in either direction from the track. The first one is entitled to the place. If more fish in the same area, drafts straight out of the fishing spot.

This in order to prevent additional fertilization of the lake, which also results in increased oxygen consumption.

Belly boat fishing and fishing from boats etc. are not allowed.

However:

The water has two docks for the disabled. Everyone may use these, but if someone with a disability is coming, you must leave / share the docks with them.

On the west side of the lake there is a golf course, you fish entirely under your own responsibility there.

In the southern end of the lake there is a gravel walk, which prohibits fishing between the two signs.

Water closed for fishing:

All fishing in the water can be canceled certain days of the year. Then, fishing cards cannot be bought at iFiske or at the resellers.

We also have grass carp in the lake. They are strictly prohibited to catch!
