• The fishing license is personal and may not be transferred.
• For all fishing licenses, children up to the age of 15 can fish for free in the company of a parent who must have a valid fishing license.
• You are obliged to pay a catch report regardless of whether you have caught fish or not.
• Fishing with hand gear and only one rod per person and fishing license may be used.
• Exemption cards for salmon fishing are only valid during the specified exemption period.

Trout

• Fishing period: 1/5 - 31/8.
• Minimum size 35 cm
• Maximum one trout per fisherman per day.
• All other trout must be returned to the water with the utmost care.

Salmon

• Fishing period: 19/6 - 31/8, other times fishing ban if not in case of temporary exemption. Exemption cards for salmon fishing are only valid during the specified exemption period.
• Minimum dimensions 50cm, maximum dimensions 65cm.
• Maximum one male salmon per fisherman per day.
• 1-14 / 9 only applies to exemption cards.
• Only fishing with barbed hook.
• Obligation to submit a catch report.

Grayling

• Fishing ban 15/4 - 31/5.
• Minimum size 35 cm.

Gaivatjärn

• Max 3 salmon fish person.
