Malmjärn's Fisheries Conservation Area Association in Hofors municipality was formed in 1987 and aims to promote fisheries conservation in Lake Malmjärn, with its associated watercourses, and to make fishing available to the public. The goal is to create an interesting and long-term sustainable sport fishing and domestic fishing that is in harmony with the area's other outdoor activities and the interests of the co-owners.
