Lammens FVOF förvaltar sjöarna Lammen, Frejen och Kalven. Sjöarna ligger strax utanför samhället Lammhult. I Lammhult finns camping med närhet till sjön. Roddbåt finns att hyra i både norra och södra änden av sjön. Vindskydd med eldstad finns i sydöstra hörnet av sjön. Parkering finns vid Lammhults camping.
