Welcome to fishing in the beautiful Svartån!
Svartån flows between Boxholm and Öringe in a fantastic fine nature with natural rapids.
Every year, fine large ferns are caught here. The area extends from the bridge at the treatment plant in Boxholm to the beautiful old stone bridge in Öringe.
Pike, perch, roach, roach, and tench are very common catches. There is also a small stock of trout (protected).

Boxholm-Öringe fiskevårdsområde startades 1993 av markägarna utmed Svartån för att på ett organiserat vis kontrollera fisket och bedriva naturvård av ån.
