Within Kvistforsens FVO there is the opportunity to fish for a variety of fish species. Pike, roach and perch are the fish that most often bite, but there is also a chance to catch grayling or trout downstream from the power plant dams. For LOCAL RESIDENTS, valuable fish have been planted in Västerträsket and Hamptjärn. NO CRAB FISHING ALLOWED DUE TO CRAB DISEASE! Wind shelters and fireplaces are available in a number of places within the area, please visit these and make some coffee or grill a sausage. Boats are available for loan upon presentation of a fishing license.
