Föreningen förvaltar fisket inom Singö FVO. Fiskevård bekostas genom inkomsterna från fiskekortsförsäljningen och bedrivs av föreningen genom utsättning av öring- och gösyngel och vassröjning och genom fisketillsyn. Sex föryngringsområden är fredade för allt fiske under perioden 1 april - 15 juni, inklusive det fria handredskapsfisket enligt länsstyrelsens beslut.
