Ransundet is a small village located 31 kilometers south/west of Hede.
Within the area there are 12 ponds and lakes and about 15 kilometers of flowing water. Among the waters you will find, for example, Ransundssjön, Storrassen, Spjuttjärn, Gällerötjärn and Långsjön.
The fishing environment is mountain waters with char and trout in hilly mountain and mountain terrain. There are also perch in Ransundsjön. Some waters can be reached by car. At the river Råndan and at Spjuttjärn there are barbecue areas and wind shelters. At Gällerötjärn there is also a rest house. Boats are available for rent in some lakes.
