Alsterån-Lillån FVOF

Alsterån, the main channel from Fridhem in Alsterfors , through the community of Alstermo, through Rydefors to Fagraskogskvarn .

NOTE! Fishing is NOT ALLOWED in Lillån north of Norretorp, Snokabäcken north of Bockaskruv towards Möcklasjö and Snärjebäcken which comes from the south into the community and flows out into Bäckparken. (See map)

FISHING WITH HAND-HELD EQUIPMENT ONLY ALLOWED. (No mass-catching gear such as nets or tubs.)

More open fishing water west of the bridge/dam gates in Gamla Alstermo, in Höljen, the dam in Rydefors and the stretch before Fagraskogskvarn. The water flows mostly through sandy/gravelly moraine, glacial river sediment, peat and finer soils such as clay and silt. Some sections larger blocks and stones. source: VISS
