Borgärdets Sportfiskeklubb offers fishing in two areas:
Area 1, Borgärdesströmmen - Fly fishing
Area 2, Aven and parts of Seckan.

Here you can buy fishing licenses for area 2, Aven and parts of Seckan.

Aven and parts of Seckan (Area 2 = purple color on the map):

Area 2 extends from marked boundaries in Aven (the cape on Brosvedsön) down to the parcel boundary towards Boda in Lake Seckan (see map).

Fishing in this area may be conducted with hand gear (1 gear/person) and/or with a maximum of 12 fishing rods/cards. Fishing may be conducted from January 1 to December 31. For grayling, trout and other salmonids, " No kill " applies, which means that all fish of these species must be returned. It is desirable that hooks without barbs are used.

The area is located close to central Svärdsjö where there is access to shops, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. If you do not have access to a car, you can reach the central parts of our fishing waters via public transport (bus) and a walk of 500 - 600 m.

The area includes one or more fishing areas for catch-and-release, i.e the fishes are gently put back into the water alive.

Borgärdets Sportfiskeklubb

Borgärdets Sportfiskeklubb was founded in 1950 and offers fishing in Borgärdesströmmen, Aven and parts of Seckan in Svärdsjö. The area covers the watercourse from the outlet of Svärdsjön at Lumshedsbron down to the parcel boundary towards Boda in Lake Seckan. Within parts of the area, only fly fishing is permitted. Fishing is offered to both members and other persons who have purchased separate cards in accordance with current regulations.

Membership
The association offers memberships for "Seniors" and "Juniors".
The number of senior members is limited, which may mean that not everyone can be accommodated at once.
When there are more people who want to become members than there are places, we apply the "first come, first served" principle.
which means that it is the registration date that determines the order in which you are offered membership.
For " Juniors " (up to the year you turn 19) there is currently no limit on the number of members.

Fees:
Seniors pay a membership fee of 400 SEK/year in addition to an entrance fee of 400 SEK (one-time fee).
The membership fee for Juniors is 100 SEK/year.
