Halens FVO

Halen

Halen is Blekinge's largest lake, with large parts of the lake included in the Halen Nature Reserve. On the eastern shore of the lake there is a large outdoor recreation area with camping, restaurant, kiosk, boat and canoe rental. The fishing opportunities are great as Halen is part of a large lake system. The lake contains, among other things, bream, pike and perch.

There are nautical charts available at the municipality's service center, these are free of charge.
The nautical chart is very helpful, not only for navigation, but also for fishing. It contains, among other things, bottom markings and detailed depth curves.

Free fishing for children and adolescents up to the age of 15.
The same fishing rules apply to young people as to those over 15 years of age.

Halens FVO

The Halen Fishing Conservation Area Association was formed to enable the public to fish in Lake Halen. The board of the association consists of landowners and citizens interested in fishing in the municipality of Olofström. We work to ensure that residents and young people have a low threshold for going out and fishing.

For residents of Olofström municipality, fishing in the lake is free, but please note that fishing rules still apply.
