Crayfishing card TDA-4
TDA-4 offers crayfishing opportunities in Lake Mälaren and one evening per year in many of the smaller lakes around Stockholm. All proceeds go to fisheries management and fish stocking in Stockholm County. Read more in our fishing information that can be downloaded on this page.
For crayfishing, a fishing permit is always required.

Welcome to our TDA areas!
The City of Stockholm's fisheries management works continuously with fisheries management to create sustainable stocks and fishing opportunities in Lake Mälaren and the archipelago. Fisheries management is primarily about improving fish species' opportunities for natural spawning and growth. The city also contributes to planting sea trout, salmon, pikeperch and pike every year. The city collaborates regionally with many stakeholders and fishing water owners to provide fishing and to carry out fisheries management and fisheries supervision.
The City of Stockholm offers the TDA fishing license, which is valid for Trolling, Dragrodd and Angelfiske (ice fishing) in several areas in Lake Mälaren and in the archipelago, as well as crayfish fishing via the Kräftfiskekortet (TDA-4).
All income from fishing licenses goes to fisheries management in Stockholm County.

Extra support for fisheries management
By purchasing the Fisheries Conservation Decal or the TDA fishing license, you can contribute to increased fisheries and biotope conservation.
The fisheries conservation decal costs SEK 200, which is deposited on the sports administration's plus giro 155 89 79-9.
