Within Kvistforsen's FVO there is the opportunity to fish for a variety of fish species. Pike, roach and perch are the fish that usually bite, but there is also a chance of catching grayling or trout downstream of the power plant dams.
In 2021, noble fish have been planted in Västerträsket and Hamptjärn.
NO CRAB FISHING ALLOWED IN 2022.
Wind shelters and fireplaces are available in a number of places in the area, feel free to visit these and make some coffee or grill a sausage.
Boats can be borrowed on presentation of a fishing license.

Free fishing for children and adolescents up to the age of 18.
Must have valid personal identification
Fishing is free for children/youth up to 18 years of age. However, identification must be presented. Identification must always be carried in order to be presented.
