Our fishing area offers a scenic environment with easily accessible fishing waters. The main town is the village of Myckelgensjö. There is a campsite with put-and-take fishing for rainbow trout, a nice barbecue area and a meeting room for activities, such as weddings, baptisms, birthday parties. Very close by is the village general store with most things you need and an Internet cafe. Petrol and diesel are available at the gas station 24 hours a day. An attractive and pleasant excursion destination is Gammelgården, a well-preserved farmhouse dating back to the 17th century. Myckelgensjösjön has a nice swimming area. Lillsjön offers natural stocks of char and trout. There is a nice overnight cabin to rent by the lake and nice barbecue areas. In other waters within the FVO, the fish stocks are mainly pike and perch.
