Salmon fishing in Matkakoski is permitted between June 8 and August 15. There is a fishing ban from Sunday 18:00 to Monday 18:00.
A maximum of 1 salmon may be kept per 24-hour pass.
Maximum 2 salmon per season.
Catch and release is not allowed.
Free fishing for children and adolescents up to the age of 15.
