Welcome to Malingsbo-Kloten's natural water.

With its 50,000 hectares, it is the largest protected area in the country outside the mountains. Malingsbo-Kloten is a large scenic coniferous forest area in highlands and hilly terrain, with interspersed marshlands, lakes and waterways that offer good opportunities for fishing and outdoor activities. The area is shared by three counties; Västmanland, Dalarna and Örebro. The easiest way to get here is via route 233 between Skinnskatteberg and Kopparberg.

Naturfiske Malingsbo-Kloten is divided into two different types of fishing waters, Blue water and Yellow water:

Blue waters
Here we offer fishing primarily for pike and perch, but also for whitefish. Some "blue waters" to mention are Stora Korslången, Långvattnet and Malingsbosjön , which are known for their large pike.

Yellow water
In the "yellow waters" we offer intimate fly fishing for trout, especially in the upper headwaters of the Hedström . Here, only the "catch and release principle" (C&R) applies, i.e. that all fish are released again. These highly interesting natural waters are valuable for all anglers who do not put the catch in the form of number of fish and kilos primarily on the wish list.
