Simmesjön is a classic Swedish lake, which holds the usual fish species. It has become famous for its pike-perch fishing. It is dark water but has good value.
The lake is shared between Svenljunga and Tranemo municipality, where we in the association only manage and sell fishing licenses in the part that belongs to Tranemo municipality.
The general rules of the association apply. Boats are not included in the free fishing, but may be rented.

We manage the fishing in Simmesjön, the part that is located in Tranemo municipality. We sell fishing licenses and rent out boats to the public. The association in its current form was formed in 1997. The goal is to offer the public a pleasant fishing experience.
