Brunnsjön is a 10-hectare lake approximately 17 km from Umeå. The water is humus-colored and the shores mostly consist of marshland. The road follows almost the entire northern long side, which consists mostly of firm and fine soil. There are shoals in the most marshy areas, which are located on both the eastern and western short sides. The lake has a maximum depth of 3.8 meters. The deepest area on the lake follows the side of the road from the barbecue hut to the headland by the log barn.
