Hällesjö is located 100 km from Sundsvall, Östersund and Sollefteå. Within an hour's drive from Sundsvall you are on the area's waters.
Here you can find pike, perch, roach, bream and whitefish. There is also an abundance of large trout, grayling, eel and roach. The variation in water is great. You can go boating through the 4 lakes from Hällsjön to Lungsjön. Here you have great opportunities to catch giant pike. You also have a chance to catch a large trout.
If you want to fish undisturbed in a pond surrounded by old growth forest, there are many to choose from. There are often really nice perch. In Harsjön, Backsjön and Fröståstjärn trout, char and rainbow trout are planted annually. The lakes are located in beautiful forest environments. They are open both summer and winter. In Harsjön you can rent a nice cottage with 8 beds.
