The box office is only open on weekends during winter fishing.
When ice fishing, one ice rod with a hook and a maximum of one hanger is allowed. Bait may be used, but only with shrimp. Please note that fishing with a float is prohibited.
When it is ice-free in the winter period, summer fishing rules apply.
During the period 1 October - 31 March, trout are not allowed to be caught. If you catch a trout, it must be returned immediately. During the permitted period, the minimum size of a trout is 45 cm.

Unfortunately, Sjön Kassen does not currently offer free fishing for young fishermen. The fishing license is personal, but a child under the age of 15 may also fish in the company of a guardian when the guardian has a valid fishing license.
