Every person aged 16 and under 80 who intends to fish must purchase their own fishing license. In Pägertjärn, children up to the age of 12 fish on their guardian's fishing license. The fishing license is personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
All day passes and boat rentals are only valid until midnight on the valid date of the card. After midnight, a new fishing license / boat rental is required. Annual passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Family cards are valid for two adults and young people permanently resident at the same address.

Children up to 12 years of age are allowed to fish with a guardian's fishing license. Everyone over the age of 12 must have their own fishing license. Catch quota = 2 Rainbows / card. When the quota is filled, fishing must be stopped or a new card must be purchased immediately if fishing is to continue. You are therefore NOT allowed to continue fishing when the quota is full and release the fish back. A maximum of 2 rods may be used at the same time. Fishing from the pier is prohibited. It is forbidden to clean fish on the pier and swimming area. In case of violation of the catch quota, a supervision fee of SEK 3,500 is charged.
Note that the card only applies until midnight on the fishing day, then a new fishing license is required.

Other waters are free until the day you turn 16.
