About the water
Simmesjön is a classic Swedish lake, which holds the usual fish species. It has become famous for its pike-perch fishing. It is dark water but has good value.
The lake is shared between Svenljunga and Tranemo municipality, where we in the association only manage and sell fishing licenses in the part that belongs to Tranemo municipality.

Vi förvaltar fisket i Simmesjön, den del som ligger i Tranemo kommun. Vi säljer fiskekort och hyr ut båtar till allmänheten. Föreningen i sin nuvarande form bildades 1997. Målet är att erbjuda allmänheten ett trivsamt fiske.
