 Rules and information when renting a boat In order for the boats to be kept in good condition and to be used by many people, we ask that you follow these simple rules: Always lock the boat after use and leave it in the same place as where you picked it up. Leave the boat in the condition you would like to find it. Take all rubbish with you and clean the boat from, for example, fish blood, fish guts and other dirt. The boats are emptied of rainwater every weekend, but after rain during weekdays there may be water left in the boat. There are buckets in the boat to empty the water. If you discover any faults or damage, such as broken oars, leaks or vandalism, this should be reported to one of the contact persons as soon as possible. In case of strong winds or bad weather, we recommend that you do not go out on the lake. Always think about safety and adapt fishing to the prevailing weather conditions. We recommend a maximum of 3–4 people per boat. Life jackets should be used. Life jackets are not provided and must be brought by the person renting the boat.
