Norresjö och Södresjö är sötvattensjöar med mörkt vatten. Som djupast är dom mellan ca 10 till 15 meter. Här går det att fiska Gädda, Mört och Abborre. Det finns både öppet landskap och skog runt sjöarna. Finns även några badplatser. Det finns inga båtramper. Området omfattar följande fiskevatten, Norresjö, Södresjö, Lilla och Stora bergagölarna samt Stoarps del av Malmbäcksån och mellan liggande vattendrag.
