Tattartjärn, Ljustjärn and Norstjärn are three dead ice pits from the last ice age. These ponds have been prepared by the Riddarhyttans Fiskevårdsförening, which is an old non-profit association. The association also regularly stocks the hut dam below the campsite.
The area around the ponds is well-organized with barbecue areas, shelters, toilets and nice handicap and fly piers for pleasant fishing both summer and winter.
Within walking distance you can reach the lakes from the incredibly beautiful Liens Camping, which has both caravan sites, tent sites and cabins. www.lienscamping.se
Camping and overnight stays in the shelters are not allowed.
The summer premiere is approaching! Saturday, 2/5 at 12:00 the starting shot will be fired. Welcome to the ponds.
Fishing licenses will be available the day before. If it does not appear on ifiske, update the database in the app.

NOTE: Fishing cards for the cabin dam will continue to be available ONLY from Liens Camping and Handlaren Riddarhyttan.
