Vallentunasjöns FVOF offers free fishing for young anglers. Please read and following the general fishing rules that apply for the area. Rules specifically for children and adolescents:
 Free fishing for children and adolescents up to the age of 16.
 Young people under the age of 16 may fish without paying for a fishing license, from a boat or land with fishing rod, spinning rod and fishing rod, but not with nets or other gear. All fishing must be done in compliance with the obligations of the public right. NOTE Fishing ban 1 April-31 May.
