Not far from the center of Mölndal, but still away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, lies Södra Långevattnet, a clear-water lake surrounded by mountains and forested ridges. With its eleven hectares, it is one of the smaller lakes and therefore also the most pleasant.
Those who fish with rod and line will find it just the right size for your needs. You can quickly reach the water by car, but it is also convenient to take a bus from Broplatsen, which has a stop just a few minutes' walk from the lake. Once up there, you have a varied round ahead of you with both steep cliffs with rapid depths and small, leafy coves.
It is excellent to fish from land with a fly or a light reel.
You can manage with rubber boots on your feet.
If you are careful, the fish will stay very close to land.
The availability of fish is good, and they are not small fish.
With the hope of good fishing luck and pleasant relaxation, we wish you a warm welcome.
