Storsjöns Sandviken
Storsjön's Fisheries Management Area covers approx. 7500 ha.
It includes the entire Storsjön, Gavelhytteån up to the dam in Hammarby, Vallbyån (Broasån) up to the first road bridge, Borrsjöån and Jädraån up to the respective railway bridge, Fänjaån up to the bridge in Fänja and Koppartjärn.
Storsjön's FVOF aims to be able to offer fishing of good quality. In order to be able to offer this in the long term, it is necessary to limit the intake of fish and respect the rules decided by the association.
A lobed and hilly lake with several islands.
The lake offers great fishing for zander and pike.
