In eastern Jämtland, the Gesunden fishing area offers varied and varied fishing in a magnificent natural setting!
In the large and deep lake Gesunden, 16 km long and 2-3 km wide, there is plenty of fish, perch, pike, whitefish but also large trout. Trout are stocked every year.
Small streams flow from the many smaller lakes and ponds, but also the roaring Sättån with trout. The river has a large catchment area. Sättsjön is a good perch water also with plenty of pike.

Mjösjön is our wonderful place for fishing and recreation with pike and perch. A nice rest hut and boats for rent. A large raft is available at Mjösjön. It can be used freely, but contact 0705 - 25 14 75 beforehand.

The regular fishing license is not valid in Borstentjärn and not in Butjärn. There the association has set up Regnbåge. Borstentjärn opens on 5/2 2024. Snowmobile trails are available from Strömsnäs association house. Butjärn open for fishing from 17/8 2024
