Grann, which means beautiful in Dalsland, is known for its beautiful surroundings. The fishing area is located in a slightly hilly forest landscape and the area also includes Braxentjärn and Edstjärn.
Grann has very good pike fishing with large pike of 10 kg or larger being caught every year and around the lake's islands there are many exciting fishing spots. Grann is seen as fairly accessible, close to a road along most of the lake.
There is both a natural ramp for smaller boats and a better boat ramp and wind shelter.
