About the water
In the northern part of Borgvik and the southeastern part of Värmskog lies this small lake of 220ha. You can see it from "Värmskogsvägen".
According to the county administrative board's trial fishing, there are many different kinds of fish in the lake, such as pike, zander, perch, etc. From the bottom to about 5 meters deep, the fish hide from the fisherman's hook.
There is a boat ramp in Åsterud.

Magern även kallad Överudsjön är belägen i Norra delen av Borgvik där fiskeföreningen försöker att ordna ett bra tillhåll för fisken i sjön och även för dem som vill fiska däri.
Föreningen bildades 1965.
