Stor-Sjouten is a regulated lake, which means that the lake is drained seven to eight meters in winter and conditions can vary. The lake only contains trout and char. The fishing license is not valid in Sjougdälven and Baksjöarna and the mouths of the rivers Gransjön and Trångmoån.
Good ice fishing in winter. Fishing in a boat with longline.
Boats are available for rent for those who want to go further out on the lake. By boat you can fish with both a rod, otter board and longline.
