Great fishing for large trout and pike and you can buy a special trolling card and there are four boat launch sites around Tåsjön. After Tåsjön there are several accommodation facilities and proximity to a gas station. Tåsjön is 48 meters deep, almost forty kilometers long and has a maximum width of three kilometers between the villages of Kyrktåsjö and Sandnäset. The narrowest is the lake between the villages of Brattbäcken and Aldernäset where it is only about one kilometer wide. For anglers, the lake is known for fine catches of large trout and pike. Lampreys are found, found when electrofishing in the stream.
