Tisnaren is a clear water lake that is home to good stocks of perch, pike and zander. Many farms take their water directly from the lake - that's how clean Tisnaren is.

Zander are mostly found in the deep parts of the lake - down to 22 meters - and have increased in number. Vertical fishing for pelagic zander has slowly started to get going.
