Toftasjöns FVO has been operating since 1990.

The revenue from fishing licenses is used for fisheries conservation, supervision or other measures that serve the interests of fisheries.
The fishery consists of, among other things, the maintenance of about 10 vases that are decorated with 10 Christmas trees each year (see map), mink catching and fish planting, etc.
