Vallentunasjöns FVOF offers free fishing for children and young people. Please read and follow the general fishing rules that apply for the area. Rules specifically for children and adolescents:

Free fishing for children and young people up to the age of 16 years.

Ungdomar under 16 år får fiska utan att lösa fiskekort, från båt eller land med mete, spinn och pimpelspö, dock ej med nät eller andra redskap. Allt fiske skall ske med iakttagande av allemansrättens skyldigheter. OBS Fiskeförbud 1 April-31 Maj.

Vallentunasjöns fiskevårdsområde omfattar hela Vallentunasjön i Täby och Vallentuna kommuner.
Sjöns yta är 6.1 kvadratkilometer och är en av Upplands större sjöar.
Sjön är känd för sin fina gös, gädda och abborre. Dessutom finns även ål och asp i sjön, vilka är fridlysta arter.
