Sjön Snyten är belägen i Norbergs kommun i Bergslagen. Den har en yta på ca 3 kvadratkilometer och är som djupast 24m.
Den östra kanten på sjön är i direkt anslutning till det område som härjades av den stora skogsbranden 2014 (den största branden i Sverige i modern tid).

FVO har under vintern 2025 skapat 5 risvasar som är märkta med dunkar och syns på kartan på ifiske.
