Stor-Emsen ligger på gränsen mellan Kils och Grums kommun i Värmland. Sjön täcker en yta på 4,6km2 och består av flera vikar och öar. Det har gjorts stora satsningar på sjöns naturliga bestånd av gös. Framför allt genom inplantering men även genom utsättning av vasar. Normalt fiskbestånd för sjötypen.
