Yngaren is Södermanland's fourth largest lake with large open water areas. The lake is deep and has clean, nutrient-rich water and reedy shores. Yngaren is mainly fished for perch, zander, pike, whitefish, roach and whitefish.

Rules specifically for children and adolescents:
- Free fishing for children and young people up to the age of 16 years.
- Only in company with a keeper / adult / person who holds a valid fishing permit (on their quota)
